What is the Fair Use Policy for AI Voices?

To ensure fair resource management and optimal performance, Synthesys applies a unified Fair Use Policy across all its services. Users can generate up to 60 minutes of content per day (equivalent to 3,600 credits) across all tools and services combined, except for AI video generation, which has its own specific fair use limits.

For AI Voices, credits are charged upon audio generation.

This policy also applies to unlimited plans, such as the Business plan, unless users contact us to negotiate and apply new terms. Once the daily limit of 60 minutes is reached, rendering speed may be reduced, or resource availability may be temporarily restricted, depending on demand. This approach ensures a consistent and seamless experience for every customer while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our platform.
