Did I lose access to my features?

What does Included in allowance mean?
It means the feature is included in your plan and uses your monthly allowance when used.
Are credits and monthly allowance the same?
No. Monthly allowance is included usage that resets monthly. Credits are extra usage or plan-based usage depending on your plan.
Will my credits be used automatically?
No. If your allowance is used, you choose whether to continue with credits.
Why does video use more allowance than other tools?
Video and advanced AI models require more processing resources, so they may use more of the monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
You can wait until reset, buy top-up credits, upgrade where available, or contact us for high-volume options.
What if I am on a legacy plan?
