What are Credits?

Credits are separate from monthly allowance. Credits may come from purchased credit packs, bonus credits, promotional credits, or credits included in credit-based plans.

For allowance-based plans, credits are used only after the monthly allowance is used and the customer chooses to continue with credits.

• Credits are not used automatically after allowance is exhausted.
• Customers will be prompted before credits are used.
• Credits can be used for extra usage after the monthly allowance is used.
• Credit-based plans use credits directly instead of monthly allowance.
