Steps to Create or Design a Voice in Synthesys

This feature allows you to design your own custom voice for use in your audio projects. Just follow the steps below to get started.


  • Go to AI Voices
  • Click Create or Design a voice

  • You have 3 options to choose

A. Voice Design: Create a voice from your text prompt

B. Voice Remixing: Transform existing voices with a text prompt to create a new voice

C. Instant voice clone: Create a clone of your voice using 10 seconds of audio. 


A. VOICE DESIGN

Describe what the voice should sound like. 

  • You can enter your own prompt or you can select from our predefined prompts. 

Example: Design a male voice in his 40s with a British accent, speaking in a calm and authoritative tone. The delivery should be professional and clear, suitable for a corporate training module. 

  • Click Generate Sample
  • Click Play Voice Sample to listen to the created voice
  • If you like the generated voice. Enter the voice name, voice description and save the voice. 

  • The saved voice will appear under My Voices

B. VOICE REMIXING


  • Select an existing created or cloned voice.

  • Enter a voice prompt: Describe what the voice should sound like. 

Example: Friendly, energetic, and motivational

  • Click Play Voice Sample to listen to the created voice.
  • If you like the generated voice. Enter the voice name, voice description and click save voice.
  • The saved voice will appear under My Voices.


C. INSTANT CLONE VOICE

Here, you can upload your own audio recording to create your clone voice. This supports multilingual languages. 

  • Enter your voice name
  • Enter voice description
  • Boost the language or accent into your desired language
  • Upload a single audio recording with wav or mp3 file format which maximum size is 50MB. 

  • Enable Accept Terms
  • Click Create Voice
  • The created voice will show under My Voices.
